Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at buildbond.ca@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
